The LM2596 DC-DC Buck Converter is a highly efficient, compact step-down voltage regulator module designed to convert a higher DC voltage into a lower, stable output. Built around the LM2596 switching regulator IC, this module allows adjustable output voltage, making it ideal for powering microcontrollers, sensors, LED strips, and other electronic components in DIY or embedded systems.
With an input voltage range of 4V to 40V and an adjustable output from 1.25V to 37V, the module can deliver up to 2A continuous current (with proper heatsinking). It features an onboard potentiometer for easy voltage adjustment and includes a power indicator LED.
